As Project Owner, I need to describe the Epic to drive this feature.

• Cart
  • This purpose of this view is to walk through the user to complete a purchase
  • Purchases should be as easy as possible and we should lead with AUTOFILL and APPLE Pay
  • The rest of the page displays:
    • What items are being purchase
    • Adding or removing said items
    • Promo code
    • Shipping
    • A Default view if there are no items in the cart
