When scanning an identity card on the camera during the OCR step for Android, as shown in the attached image, the small section in the top left corner is not turning green in most cases, preventing us from continuing the process. We have encountered this issue in tests on different devices as well. Additionally, there is a purple area in the top left that doesn't turn green, and although we were able to pass our own tests, we found that the customer couldn't pass during tests conducted with them over Zoom.
