Settings Fixes #66

Settings is that much better!

Changed:

Added labels to settings buttons
Fixed history view empty view not showing when table is empty
Added views to profile view button
Added labels to password reset view
Added labels to service view
Added disclosure indicators to table rows with additional views

Would it be possible to also fix #61 in this or a new PR? It's because there are still references to UIStoryboards in the Settings that don't exist.
