Added basic posts view elements #80

This PR focuses mainly on a basic structure for the Posts view presented when the user first enters the app.

What was added:

New PostsView, UITableView, and UITableViewCells for representing user posts
EmptyTableView displayed when the user has no posts to show
UITabBar rework to include new icons for the UITabBar tabs and PilotBlue highlighting for active tabs

What was removed:

Old HistoryView references
