"appointmentTime" must be a string #32

The current version of the client is posting null for appointmentTime and receiving an error response: "appointmentTime" must be a string

@Wiles Looks like this comes from https://github.com/SanctuaryRefugeeHealth/sanctuary-patient-app/pull/31/files -- it doesn't seem like the time input field is setting appointmentTime.
