Entity API #4

We need an Entity API that is both easy to use for modders and allows for efficient implementations on our different target platforms.

The API should contain :

a way to store entity data to be persisted
a way to sync data to the client
a way to define custom logic for entities (with events, tick handlers, ... ?)
a way to attach an entity renderer

This proposal does not cover anything related to :

AI (will be covered in another proposal)
BlockEntities
