Hi~ Can the plugin support gerrit 2.13.9? Why does the version have to be greater than 3.4?

Versions older than 3.4 are EOL and are no longer supported by the Gerrit developers. For me to also support them would be a lot of work for something that is technically already deprecated. Since Gerrit's changelogs are also not that good, it is very hard to know what changed in between two versions and because of that very hard to account for that when making an extension.

Will close this issue for now but feel free to keep commenting.
