Assault missile splash damage only being applied to first listed enemy ship within range 1 of defender. The screenshot shows the highlighted TIE that was hit. So, A-wing 11 successfully hit TIE 6 with assault missile, but only TIE 1 received splash damage. Tried again with another A-wing on next turn and again, only TIE 1 was affected by splash.
Additionally: Subsequent (3rd) hit caused crash. Screenshot:
