Support for Indian Number Plates #43

Hi , Thanks a lot for the source code provided. I have been trying it on the Indian Number plates but couldn't recognise the entire number plate number totally ,it is partially working on Indian number plates ,can you help me on this.

HI @SmartAppsAndroid,

this library is based in an old version of openalpr and only supports USA and EU licence plates.
