About The Pull Request

Title. Removes Adds buttons to the select equipment menu if target is ghost: otherwise (hopefully human)

Why It's Good For The Game

Better ui and gets rid of deprecated stuff

Notice: Without even testing yet, i am very sure Instant is broken because the mob is created in nullspace and I didn't set a location, use other methods until fixed. Edit: not broken.
