Describe the bug
As of now, the same pop up message is being displayed for the difficulty levels in site clearance, soil excavation and rock excavation which is wrong.
Kindly refer to the document that was provided for pop up messages and correct them.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Access current project > Hover over question mark next to difficulty level in site clearance, soil excavation and rock excavation.
Expected behavior
