Deleting an entry in manage materials - warning sign

Describe the bug In the manage materials section, display a warning message asking if the user is sure to delete the entries chosen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

The delete button has been disabled. This was not exactly the requirement. The delete button should function but instead of the entry been deleted immediately, maybe add a warning sign stating "Are you sure you want to delete this entry?' and then the user can proceed to confirm with a 'yes' or 'no'
