Describe the bug
When the user creates a new project they will be choosing a country and a location. The country entry is fine where the user can choose a country from the dropdown. However, if the user is to choose a location of cities that is not available in trh dropdown, they should be able to type in a city of their choice.
To Reproduce
Create new project> Location
Expected behavior
User should be able to type in the location of any city (if not available in dropdown) and proceed.
