All dropdowns (machinery, material, transportation, fuel, water, chemicals, waste generated, electricity) should be listed in alphabetical order, every time that the administrator updates the related database.

As of now, the old entries that were in the database are in alphabetical order. But all the new entries added by the administrator afterwards have only been stacked right at the bottom in the order they were entered.
