Order of results displayed in Earthworks, substructure, superstructure

Describe the bug This was not an error that occured before. I am not sure why it is happening now. In the table view of the results in earthworks, the subphases should be arranged in the order in which the users enter data, i.e. Site clearance, soil excavation, rock excavation and back filling. As of now this is not the order in which it is displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

This same issue exists in Substructure. The order in which the topics are arranged in the table is not correct.
