issue with transport calculation in projects outside Sri Lanka

Describe the bug The screenshot shows an entry from a project outside Sri Lanka. Even when the transport distance is given, the total distance as well as CO2 -eq is not calculated. This issue is there in all the transport-related calculations in other phases too. When this happens project cannot be saved and cannot move to other phases to enter data
