water consumption during operations -results display headings

Describe the bug The headings should display " Water consumption during operation phase" for both table and chart. As of now its says " Water consumption operations"

@Dilshi830 why aren't these titles, popups, units not checked at once? When I had requested to have them checked multiple times via email. These things should have been looked into and fixed with the previous tickets created
