Issue when adding new material to database as an administrator

Manage Building-SAT resources > Manage materials

When a new material was added and then a project was opened and the material dropdown was opened, the same new material was duplicated thrice.

This should not happen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

@Dilshi830 This is because you've click on the submit button thrice, think that it did not get saved. The window will close now once you click the submit button
