Hmm, Ya looks like all repos created solely for Hacktoberfest are being excluded.

Sorry guys, better find any other project which doesn't focus solely on Hacktoberfest. They are excluding all these repos.

So what are we supposed to do will all the contributions under your project would be excluded?

Sadly yes. Contributions made to all those repos which are excluded will not be considered for Hacktoberfest.

@Sangwan5688 you should remove the hacktoberfest topic to avoid misleading people into thinking their PRs will count.

Maybe consider using hacktoberfest21 or hacktoberfest2021 topics as an alternative and update the README to make it clear PRs to this repo are just for practice?

@Sangwan5688 Bro I just want to contribute to a repo who has got more than 200+ likes cause I am participating in HackSqaud event 2023. I don't know whether they will exclude this repo or not, so can you accept the latest PR of mine "Weather App" to check it out.
