Employee changes manager #11

– The manager should be taken from current master data. So the new manager can manage the employees goals.

If a manager has been changed on the employee list the new manger should now see the user on their teams list.

This wont take affect on an approval chain so either the old manager will need to reject or the approval chain will need to time out (at which point it asks the user to resubmit), let me know your thoughts about this.
