Salt not added to charts or BI #48

Salts (NaCl or KCl) are not appearing on Chart Creators. Salt-related data needs to be loaded into the chart creators.

Salt (KCl or NaCl) should show as last additive with units of "BWOW" which stands for by weight of water. This should be pulled from the database and not a user added field.
