Forecast - Sales Project Changed to Lost (or not won)

2 projects in the sales forecast was imported to the operations forecast:

This filled out the forecast (ops forecast):

The sales project status was then changed to lost. The jobs remain in the forecast. Once they are lost, they should no longer be part of the forecast.

Only approved and won projects are moved to the forecast, from the sales forecast. When a status is changed from won to lost, cancelled, or anything else (in the sales forecast), a notification in the forecast (Ops forecast) should ask if "All Jobs" are to be removed. This could be added to the View and Import Projects section in a different color / font with the ability to remove all jobs. If they say no to the job removal, a note saying: "All jobs will require manual adjustment" will show. They can cancel this and go back and remove all jobs or say yes and manually adjust the jobs.

If the sales forecast is changed back to won, they should again be available to be imported. Need to check status'.

@JasonSchneider19 as discussed, the Second Call and Potential projects are available to be imported to Forecast. Should we extend the desired functionality described above for Won to these ones too?

For the following: If they say no to the job removal, a note saying: "All jobs will require manual adjustment" will show. Can the sales rep and sales manager see a notification somehow?

Sales does not want 2nd Call or Potential work to be imported to the Forecast (ops forecast)

In the sales forecast they want to see Bid, Potential, 2nd Call and Won work

When the status is changed to Cancelled, Complete or Lost it can disappear from the sales forecast

@JasonSchneider19 For notifications we didn't decide to do via email or sms yet. This scenario can also be addressed when one of these notification systems are implemented . We can discuss this further

Tested in Test (#116, #125) and UAT (#1367) and Potential and Second Call projects no longer appear in the Import Projects dialog and a new dialog appears if there are projects that changed their Won status and have job in Forecast in the future (tomorrow onward).
