Mobile view (My Job Board) - Pumper

This story is specifically related to the Job Board / Pumper Assignment Mobile view. The page will open by default for users who have access to the page and navigate to the eservice online web application on a mobile device. Key features of the mobile view of this page:

• hamburger menu allows navigation to all of the other pages of the application. At this time only Sales Forecast page has a mobile enabled view, all the other pages will be desktop-like. Hamburger menu will be implemented in a story #2199
• two tabs: Pumper and Bulker, Bulker mobile view page functionality will be implemented in story #2198
• Pumper tab has two sub-tabs:
  • Upcoming - which shows the upcoming jobs over the next 48 hours
  • Assigned - which shows jobs that the current logged in user is assigned to
• Upcoming tab
  • jobs are grouped by district
  • each job card shows: Status | Client | Rig | District | Job Type | Date Time | Crew(s)
• Assigned tab
  • each job card shows: Status | Client | Rig | District | Job Type | Date Time | Crew(s)
  • no need to group the jobs by district as the district is listed on the card already

Note:

• Lock icon indicating the In Progress job that cannot be modified anymore will be implemented as it's not too complicated.
• The Complexity: Medium / Low etc. will not be implemented as it may not be necessary in this context.

@arcurve-cheryl-chan Here are my thoughts for Mobile & Notifications Pumpers • View: • Would like 2 views o Upcoming Work o Assigned Work • For Upcoming Work: o Show the next 48 hrs in the area  Show Client | Rig | Job Type | Time On Location/Job Time o Area is configurable  Can pick N.West, N.East, etc • For Assigned Work o Show ALL assignments for “me”  Show Client | Rig | Job Type | Time On Location/Job Time and Crew • Notifications: o Send when assigned to a job  To Say: “Job Notifications: Rig 1 | Client 2 | Job Type | On Location Time“  Have option to be canceled, confirmed o Would like to see Acceptance/Decline button for feedback to dispatch Logistics: • View: • Would like 2 views o Upcoming Work o Assigned Work • For upcoming work, list of hauls required in the area (jobs that have tonnage remaining) • Would like to show Assigned haul(s) for “me” o Show Rig | Client | Tonnage | Blend Status  Blend status – requested, blending, blended, loading, loaded • Notifications: o Notifications to be sent once blending has started  This will give ~ 2hr window to get to shop o Notification to say – “Haul Notification: Rig 1 | Client 2 | Blend X | YY Tonnes | Job or Haul “ o Would like to see Acceptance/Decline button for feedback to dispatch

Ry Example of the UI: This is for the pumper. Bulker will be similar, but slight differences.

Filter can be used to select between Pumper and Bulker pages.

Users can see jobs across all districts.

Call time if we cannot do both: Call Time: 03:00 Job Time: 06:00 Order by: District (if multiple), then job time We do not need all the crew members on the upcoming work, only on the assigned work Would like to be able to click on a crew member name, in the assigned work where it appears, with their # showing up so that they can be called right there.

Work Phone field in Employee table will be used for the features using worker's phone number.

@JasonSchneider19 @awangatsanjel We would like to confirm what we are supposed to show on the Pumper Assignment/ Upcoming tab:

• any job that is in Scheduled, Confirmed or In Progress status
• the jobs don't have to have a crew assigned
• jobs' end datetime should be greater than current date 12:00am and less than or equal to 48 hours from current date 12:00am
• the jobs with the following statuses can be ignored and not shown: Completed, Deleted, None, Alerted, Canceled, Estimated.

Need to decide what to do with jobs in Pending and Dispatched statuses.

@cameliabalan @awangatsanjel The ops team would like to see all jobs with status' other than completed, deleted, or canceled in the upcoming tab So ignore completed, deleted, or canceled Show all other jobs

Tested in the Test env build #154 and passed. This is the final list of job statuses that are not going to be shown on mobile: Completed, Deleted, None, Alerted, Canceled.
