Sample API overwritten earlier cut data #171

The API method BulkPlantAPi.PostBlendSample should maintain no change.

One blend sample is taken from one blend request, per cut and per sample taking. All records needs to be written to the database. If there are multiple API call for the same blend sample, new version data will be written.
