eService Missing Mandatory Flag

As a supervisor, while creating a job package the volume pumped is a mandatory field, but it is not flagged as being mandatory. Leaving the volume pumped empty, the following error shows up: The volume pumped is required for all cements (Lead 1, Lead 2, Lead 3, Lead 4 and Tail)

Once the volume pumped is entered, the job package can move through as expected. Expect it to be similar to the following:

Volume Punmped is flagged as being mandatory. A red flag is added to the Volume Punmped lable

step:

1. create job package from local
2. save success
3. update the create job package
4. Pumping service report section-->Products -->Acids/Blends/Fluids-Base section,
