Job Alert missing when the rig is activated

Step to reproduce.

1. A job on rig is Completed status.
2. Deactivate the rig.
3. Create a job alert with the rig
4. The job alert is shown on the board.
5. Activate the rig.

Expected Result:

1. The job alert stays on the board.
2. The last job completed on this rig is shown.
3. The rig status is updated to Active.

Actual Result:

1. The job alert disppears.
2. Pass
3. Pass
