eService Online MTS bug #212

@awangatsanjel The MTS generated within eService Online has an issue that for the preflushes/spacers the volume is shown as tonnage. For example: image In this example it is showing 10 t. This is really 10 m3, which will be 5.6 tonne Our logistics team - including the bulk plant and bulk drivers need tonnage. The volume does not mean anything to them. The tonnage is also required for regulatory requirements (DOT) the MTS as follows is fairly good example: image

Following fix is needed. Original logged in #204

MTS data preparation should avoid null value in client name. Shipping load sheet needs to find client information properly.
