Update CSS #87

The current CSS is spread over 5 files in 2 folders (its built by 2 back end devs with AI help). We need to transition to something modern and more modular like Tailwind

The folders are here: frontend/src/AgentGames/Admin/css frontend/src/AgentGames/User/css frontend/src/AgentGames/Utilities/css
