"Error while registering -Forbidden" when logging in to Sipgate Team #1702

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I create a new VOIP phone on Sipgate Team (or find the details for an 
existing phone)
2.Enter the SIP-ID: and SIP-PASSWORD: 
3.Try and login, I get the error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using v.0.03-01 on Android 4.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Phone is HTC Sensation XE, have successfully logged in on Sipgate official app 
but is nowhere near as good as yours so would like to make this work.

Mmmmmh,
Can you try to collect logs. See HowToCollectLogs wiki page. Maybe the sipgate 
server gives more precise infos.

Also maybe sipgate team is different from regular sipgate server. I know that 
they have a lot of sip servers. What is the server given in domain row of the 
sipgate user interface?

the server is sipgate.co.uk , i think.. have you any more information on where 
i could find this info?

Hi, I just changed from Samsung Galaxy S2 where CSipSimple worked like a charm 
to a new Galaxy S3 just to find that it fails registering, specifically i 
receive the following message: "Error while registering -Forbidden" I did 
notice other users having the same issue with Sipgate but this is happening 
with Callcentric. BTW Callcentric native android app works fine but CSipSimple 
is much better so I really would like to make it work. You will find below the 
only generated logs.

Based on the GPL CSipSimple version : 0.03-01 r1108

Unfortunatelly I have the same issue with various divices. My SIP server is an 
AVAYA. The first device is a Samsung Galaxy TAB2 the other is an HTC Legend and 
the thirth is a HTC Desire X . 
The softphone from my PC connects with success (Zoiper for windows)but the 
android devices do not. 

Any help ?
