No MWI indication appearing in UI for new voicemails. #2708

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable MWI option on Anveo VoIP service. Ensure MWI registration is 
occurring with Csipsimple.
2. Drop a voicemail to the account.
3. No MWI indicator seems to appear in the csipsimple UI (although I don't know 
where it is supposed to show up in the UI).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some kind of notification from csipsimple that messages are waiting and that 
would take me to the default VM number that I programmed for the account (in my 
case *97 assigned to the fast VM access button in csipsimple).

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
r2330 from google play on a Nexus 5 running latest KitKat from GooglePlay. 
Stock device.

Hi,

Can you collect and send logs of the failing case? See : 
https://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/wiki/HowToCollectLogs?wl=en

It will help to check what is sent by the server when there is a new MWI and 
why csipsimple fails to parse the message the sip server sends.
