Can't make a call when there is no active account #2773

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install CSipSimple
2. Enter the fully qualified sip address of a peer.
3. Press the call button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect that the call is started. The call function seems disabled 
unless an account is active.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?

CSipSimple 1.02.01-2417 on a Samsung S4-mini with stock fw

Please provide any additional information below.

SIP doesn't require to register to be able to call.
