Just downloaded app from Google Play. Registered and logged in but says 'Account inactive' even though shows my balance right. Not been able to call.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download android app
2.Add account
3. Might say account inactive even though logged in and shows balance.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to mske calls.  Says inactive after adding account. Can't make 
calls. 

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
 Samsung galaxy S3

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,

I'm having the exact same behavior:
System: Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9305)
Android: 4.3

Install CSIPSimple app;
Configure enterprise account;
required to set Wizard - 'Expert'
Result: account show "Inactive"

What further detail do you require?
