filter bug? #2822

"Including the next number" in the filter, and be set to "Call not allowed" or 
"process aborted" there is an incoming call. Number 1000 (random) @ (IP 
address), so enter the IP address. Help me please!

Are you using the right filter functions? "Can't Call" and "Stop Processing" 
are not really intuitive as described here: 
https://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/wiki/UsingFilters. A comment here 
describes how you should filter incoming calls: 
https://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/issues/detail?id=678 (although it only 
partially works for me).
