Create Fritz!Box account failing on Android 5.0 #2841

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Accounts -> Add account
2. Choose wizard -> Other country providers -> select Fritz!Box
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: create account dialog
Instead: Window with
      "Unfortunately, CSipSimple has stopped.  Report / OK"

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
CSipSimple version 1.02.02 r2450 on Android 5.0, device is Google Nexus 4

Please provide any additional information below.

Was working with Android 4.4.4
