[Enhancement] Dialer integration too slow #2875

With native dialer integration, when there is no SIP account active or when 
there is only one possible account after filters, a dialog box still appears 
and takes some time to disappear before the call is made. Is there a way to 
avoid creating the dialog box and use directly the right account for doing the 
call?

In my use case, I use the cell network for calling most times and I'd like that 
operation to be (nearly?) as fast as if I hadn't native integration. On 
specific situations, I activate a SIP account (using the widget provided) and 
while it's activated I'd like to choose the account to use. I can do all these 
things, but the extra dial time when I'm not using SIP bothers me a little.

@r3gis3r what does it mean for an issue to be obsolete? I'm not familiar with 
Google Code issue statuses.

we are currently migrating to github. All issues here are marked as obsolete 
and will be migrated to the new repository in next week.
