No inbound audio - Lollipop (CM12) #2889

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make call (tested with several different SIP trunks 
2. No inbound audio received
3. Outbound audio is fine (other party can hear)
4. Same results with STUN enabled

CSip worked beautifully on the same hardware using CM 11 - so issue appears to 
be related to Lollipop (Android 5.0.x). 

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?

CSip 1.02.03 r2457
CyanogenMod 12-20150219-sirius
Sony Xperia Z2

Please provide any additional information below.

I have looked at https://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/issues/detail?id=2831 but 
that is closed.

Let me know if I can assist with further debug info.

I am having a similar issue since upgrading my HTC ONE to android 502
Am able to make outoubnd calls without problem, but on inbound calls, Ihear 
inbound audio, but other end does not hear outbound audio.

Using Csip 1.02.03 r2470

Not sure if this is relevant, but for drill, I loaded zoiper. It has the 
reverse problem. On incoming calls, outbound audio is fine, but cannot hear any 
inbound audio.
The same on outbound dialed calls. Zoiper also ws working fine on Android KitKat

Found quite by accident, that turning on speaker makes audio work correctly. 
Even turning off the speaker after turning it on, audio works both directions. 
Something about Lollipop and speakers, maybe.

All HTC m8 users are confirming this behaviour.
MIC doesnt sense any signal. Clicking on Bluetooth icon while in a call fixes 
the issue.
