Auto Answer with error 403 not filtering calls #2941

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Setup filter "Auto answer", Ends with, OwnIPAdress, 403 for all accounts
2.Wait for incoming prankcall with callerID: [0-9]+@OwnIPAdress (usually my 
local IP address)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Call is assigned some set of filters and is blocked
Seen: Call comes through, seemingly without any filters applied, no own account 
specified in call screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Samsung Galaxy SIII (GT-i9300), manufacturer android version 4.3, kernel 
3.0.31-2788594 , CSipSimple 1.02.03r2457
