No option to select 4G for incoming or outgoing calls

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to settings
2. Go to network
3. only WiFi, 3G, EDGE, other is available.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
4G should be in the list, now it is simply combined with 3G which is a very bad 
choice since 4G has much lower latency than 3G and should be an option.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Android 5.0.2, HTC One M7. Latest version in playstore, June 10, 2015.

Please provide any additional information below.
4G is now very common worldwide and the BIGGEST or perhaps only real advantage 
is LOWER LATENCY, ideal for VOIP. 
I want to use CSipSimple only when on WiFi or 4G. I have never had a successful 
call via 3G for the last 2 years. So I definitely do not want to use it over 
3G.
