Datepicker in modal dialog #336

Trying to invoke the datepicker from a modal dialog.
The main page has 2 datepickers already, and I want to add an additional one to 
a separate  popup/modal.  Instead, I see the textbox, but the calendar icon and 
ability to click on it and select a date does not show up.  I think this is a 
z-index issue, but changing the css to have a z-index of 9999 did not fix it.
