Feb 29, not being correctly selected. Marked as 1 March instead #338

What steps will reproduce the problem?
select Feb 29 on the calendar, 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
calendar should show 29 feb as selected, instead its showing 1 March as selected

What version of the datepicker are you using? On what operating system? And 
Which Browser?
XP, GOogle Chrome.
