• case with practical outcome
• case that bring added value
• learn a case that fits the theory in academic settings

• small set of perspectives on how commons relate governance of university and production of knowledge.
• tools to develop case studies. (e.g. platforms for decision making)
• documentation of the process.
• start portfolio of tools and ideas
• community building

• empowerment with enough knowledge and a set of tools

• what the concepts of commons can and cannot do?

• small research agenda emerging

• possibilities for the academics to do things differently and why are they valuable

• inventory of stuff that are happenning
