created gallery contains invalid items

steps to reproduce:

• create some standalone photos (let they are available for gallery)
• create a new gallery without any items

  expected result

• gallery does not contain any items

  current result

• gallery contains some items

I think I found cause of this bug and it's in ella-hub.
