Not all categories in article's form are loaded #42

Steps to reproduce:

create 20+ ella's categories (20 is default paginate value for tastypie)

or

in django's project settings set API_LIMIT_PER_PAGE to n and create n+1 categories
current behaviour

there are only 20 or n (according to step above) in categories combobox

expected behaviour

all categories are displayed
