feat(navbar): added importable navbar component

Summary:
Added an importable navbar component.

Changes Made:

• Created the navbar component in the components directory. This is to be added in the layout.tsx file later to be imported to the whole website.
• Created a public/images directory where the common logo in the prototype is added for common use.

Additional Notes:
The background is currently transparent as that will be fixed when global background colors are added in the global background color gradient in accordance to the Figma prototype.
