Bug : Enhancing the navbar and there is a overlapping in the navbar #90

Adding better effects and transitions to the Navbar solves the overlapping of buttons, and creates a better navbar, the color combinations nare not visible and clear.

can you add Level 3 to this under Gsoc ext
