Changes in past year (Garena regions, challenges-v1, account-v1)

Hello.

I've been using & working on a fork of Twisted for a little over a year and wanted to submit a pr.

Changes/additions:

• Added old garena regions.
• Partially added ACCOUNT-V1.
• Added LOL-CHALLENGES-V1.
• Worked on/Fixed a 429 retry attempt issue I was getting (don't see it anymore).
