Hi When I try to run win config this happens : pls help

Thank you for your support! This is caused by moving the directory after unpacking zip file. You can first move the zip file to the directory where you want to unzip it.

I didn't move it, I have the files and the zip in the same folder (downloads). I guess I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what.

now after I unzipped it, it doesn't run at all

The normal process is to run win_config.bat after unzipping the zip file. Could you delete the unzipped folder and try unzipping it again? If you still have problems, I would be happy to refund you.

Thank you for your reply, I succeed running win config and then I saved [image: image.png]

Then I ran the win start and it is stopped here : [image: image.png]

Should I do something now?

HI :) The URL isn't working, it worked the day you sent it but not today.

Also I wanted to download Lama because I understood that I can prompt in the Lama Cleaner but in the browser I don't see where I can prompt.

hi, you need to run win_start.bat before open the URL(http://127.0.0.1:8080/).

LaMa model can be used to erase objects, if you want to replace objects in the picture base on a text prompt, you can run win_config.bat and select sd1.5 model, than click save configurations. After successfully save config, run win_start.bat to start the server
