Let the Gatherbot message people that they left the gather #7

Case: Somebody wants to close the Gather-page cause of performance reasons, then they forget to leave the Gather and go offline in steam. I see that as a Gathermod cause i have most people on steam added and im going to kick them because of that. (I do that cause i dont want to just relaise after 10 minutes with 11 people on the Server that this person is not even online anymore)

Now if i have somebody not added on steam but he has been in the gather for hours and i kick him comes the Gatherbot into play he has to listen for the following messages in the console: "17:23:18 Clon10 left the gather" and then send this user a message like: You left the gather as Mega_noComm at http://gathers.ensl.org (feel free to rejoin)

So if they are still online on the pc they can rejoin and if they actually just forgot they get reminded that they should leave next time like this without banning people for it.

I see, so would it make sense to only send this message if they are OFFLINE to avoid spamming online players?

if they are online on the Gatherpage dont spam them

but if they are not send it on Steam.
