Remove/Isolate all legacy com.windowtester.swt.IUIContext references #23

... do you still depend on the olde style IUIContext
(com.windowtester.swt.IUIContext)?  Since that interface is very deprecated
at this point, I'd like to remove references wherever possible so as not to
confuse new users.  I'm volunteering BTW to do this port on the 3.4 side....

ah - the one place I can see might be an issue is in
SourceEditorBlockInserter (which is in WTC code, luckily enough()
The problem we were having there was that the old IUIContext seemed to
handle Linux a LOT better
Still, I say let's clean it up and retry with the new IUIContext
It's been a year or more since I tested how the new IUIContext handles that
specific case on Linux (it was causing tests to hang, if I remember correctly)
So maybe the  new API will work
