tex2d() * _Time.y returns mediump value if sampler is half precision in Android VR platform
Fix to use sampler2D_float

@notargs ちょっとした疑問なのですが、これはtex2Dの結果をhighpに移し替えるのでなんとかなったりしないんですか？
